The project scenarios include fully automatic stereo warehouse construction, intelligent storage management system construction, logistics transport management system construction, intelligent storage logistics platform construction and other contents. It is of great significance to lead the demonstration industry in digitalizing, intelligent applications and collaborative innovation.
This project employs international leading stacking / destacking robots, AGV shuttle, stacking machines, transfer lines and other smart storage equipment, and with the help of convergence and integration between digitalization systems and software and hardware systems, constructs a collaborative network of storage and logistics integration, supports the digital operation of internal storage logistics operations in enterprises, and achieves efficient cooperation between enterprise storage logistics operations and pharmaceutical industry chains, creating light, electricity, and machines The information-in-one intelligent storage logistics platform to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
Construction of a fully automated stereological warehouse. International advanced mono / double deep location stacking machines, piggy back AGV shuttle, spiral lift machines, stacking / destacking robots, and stretching belt conveyor etc. smart storage equipment have been introduced, and the domestic pharmaceutical industry with a construction area of 13419 m2, a cargo capacity of 52736, and a stock capacity of 2.1 million + has the largest storage capacity, the highest level of smart application, and the highest working efficiency stereo warehouse.
Construction of an intelligent storage management system. A unified connection and intelligent scheduling for all kinds of storage equipment is achieved through the intelligent control system (WCS) and storage management system (WMS), which supports the automatic export and storage of drugs, real-time monitoring of inventory status, precise location of inventory, automatic execution of collection and shipment processing, and real-time update of inventory information.
Building logistics transport management systems. A logistics and transportation management system (TMS) is constructed and integrated with the storage management system (WMS) efficiently, which supports the transportation planning, shipping order release, transportation scheduling, coordination, logistics tracking, freight accounting and the digital management of logistics and transport processes.
Construction of a smart storage logistics platform. To create the software and hardware integrated intelligent storage logistics platform based on advanced storage logistics equipment, automation control, and digital cooperation, which supports the collaborative sharing of production and storage operations, the efficient cooperation between storage and shipment operations, and the integration of shipment and logistics operations, and supports the intelligent operation and control of all business processes, such as storage management, order shipment, logistics scheduling, load management, and cargo inspection.
